How it Works: This is our no-cost, fast option. Once your custom sign is made (often within 24-48 hours of order confirmation), we carefully pack and ship it for free. You will receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our facility.
2. EXPRESS RUSH SHIPPING
Delivery Timeline: 1-3 business days after production.
Cost: A flat fee of $29.99.
Best For: When your deadline is just around the corner. This option prioritizes your package with the carrier for fastest possible ground or air delivery.
3. URGENT (SAME-DAY PRODUCTION & NEXT-DAY AIR)
Delivery Timeline: Next business day delivery.
How to Access: This specialized service is for critical deadlines. Call our Priority Line at 888-SAME-DAY1 to speak with a specialist. We will activate our urgent production protocol and arrange overnight air shipping. Pricing is quoted based on the project.

When will my order ship?
For in-stock or pre-designed items: Within 1 business day.
For custom signs: Your order enters production immediately. You will receive a production confirmation with an estimated ship date (typically within 24-48 hours). We ship from our U.S. workshops daily.
How can I track my shipment?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status and tracking information.
What about shipping outside the U.S.?
We ship worldwide! International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country, as these are not included in our shipping charges.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
If your package shows damage upon delivery, please note it with the carrier and contact us immediately at support@samedayneon.com with photos.
